At Hay Childrens Services we pride ourselves on delivering quality Early Education and Care every day, across all of our individual services.

Our teams are dedicated to continuous improvement, supporting educational and foundational outcomes for all children, and nurturing relationships with families.

We employ over 65 diverse team members, who range in age, experience, gender and background. Our team includes a General Manager, Nominated Supervisors, Education Development Supervisor, Early Childhood Teachers, Educators, Administration, Support Staff and our volunteer Management Committee.

Meet Our New HCS Board of Management

Hay Children’s Services Incorporated is a not for profit, community based organisation.  The Board of Management, take on the responsibilities as the Approved Provider of our services and as an employer.

The Board of Management are responsible for ensuring that the organisation operates in line with relevant guidelines and legislation. The Board are also responsible for decision making in line with our strategic direction, philosophy and vision statement; as well as Financial, Government Based and all other audit requirements.

HCS Annual Financial Reports

Hay Children’s Services acknowledges and pays respect to the traditional owners of the land on which we play and learn, the Ngyiampaa, Nari Nari and Wiradjuri People. We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
