Hay Childrens Service’s run our popular Vacation Care Program during the recognised NSW School Holidays,
Children from ages 3-12 enjoy a varied program of art, craft, excursions, play-based activities, exploration and Community involvement.
Our VC Program operates over 2 venues and is split according to children’s ages.
The program is child led, with an emphasis on fun, implemented by qualified and experienced Educators.

Hours and Session Information
Monday to Friday during School Holidays only (Excludes Public Holidays)
Bookings released each Term in week 5
Full HCS enrolment required to participate, enrol at any time
Ages 3 years to 12 years (Inclusive)
8:30am to 5:30pm
Venue 1: Hay Preschool, non-school aged children
Venue 2: St Marys School, school aged children
Fees
- Preschool School Holiday Program: $25.00 per session
- St Marys Vacation Care Program: $60.00 per session (CCS Eligible)
- Bookings are subject to availability

Hay Children’s Services acknowledges and pays respect to the traditional owners of the land on which we play and learn, the Ngyiampaa, Nari Nari and Wiradjuri People. We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
